Process:
This job aid describes the process for automated depreciation review.
Navigate to Global Search Bar and enter FARCOMP.
Select Fixed Asset Registry Component.
2. On the Fixed Asset Registry Component page:
Enter Fixed Asset Number.
Click Apply.
3. In Fixed Asset Grid click Caret to expand options.
Review the following fields in the General Information subsection for updates from the monthly batch job.
Review the Component Accumulated Depreciation.
Review the Net Book Value.
4. Select the Depreciation subsection.
Review the Last Depreciation Date for updates.
5. Navigate to Global Search Bar and enter DEPH.
Select Depreciation History.
6. On Depreciation History Page enter Fixed Asset Number then click Apply.
Review depreciation history.
