State of 911 Reports

The Commission is required to provide a report annually to the Colorado General Assembly on state of 911 service in Colorado (§ 40-2-131, C.R.S.).

NET 911 Act Reports

The NET 911 Act of 2009 requires the Federal Communications Commission to survey the states regarding the collection and use of 911 surcharge funds, then report back to Congress with its findings. National 911 Program Reports

FCC Comments

The Commission or Commission staff acting on behalf of the 911 Program occasionally file comments in response to Notices of Proposed Rulemaking or other requests for public input from the Federal Communications Commission.
