Young driver laws are most effective when law enforcement are equipped with the tools and information needed to enforce them. GDL laws can not only be confusing for young drivers and adults, but for law enforcement as well. These tools were created to support Colorado law enforcement officers in their mission to keep young drivers and our roadways safe.
