Licensees must report any felony convictions within 45 days of the conviction.
Disciplinary Action in Another State - Board Rule 1.3(A)(9)
Licensees must report any disciplinary action taken against them/their license in another state or jurisdiction within 45 days of the effective date of the action. Board staff performs regular periodic checks of discipline in other jurisdictions against the Board’s licensing database and unreported discipline is referred to the Board.
Malpractice Settlement Claims/Judgments - Board Rule 1.3(J)
The licensee who was in responsible charge for the action subject to a malpractice or life safety claim shall report the claim within 60 days of the effective date of the date of settlement or judgment for said claim. If more than one architect, engineer and/or land surveyor is a party to the same settlement or judgment, each licensee shall file a report with the Board. If the agreement provides an “effective” or “made” date, then the agreement is effective on that date. An agreement without such a date, may be operative on the date of the last signature.
Name and Address Changes - Board Rule 1.3 (K)
Licensees must inform the Board in writing of any name, address, telephone, or email change within 30 days of the change.
