A RAPID Alliance initiative

Guiding Principles

All participants are invited to interact in the RAPID Alliance in accordance with our charter.

Intrinsic Value-Based Way of Relating

All participants are invited to use an intrinsic value-based way of relating while interacting with others in this community. Based on Intrinsic Value-Based Social Connection Theory, this approach is hypothesized to strengthen participants' ability to succeed in developing new strategies that can work by enabling new ideas, insights, hopes and connections to emerge. It works by having each participant seek to honor and respect one another as intrinsically valuable in each conversation - no matter our differences. Learn more.

Commitment to Health Equity and Empowerment for All People

The RAPID Alliance supports an overarching focus on health equity and empowerment for all people. The study, and related projects, support ongoing collaborative action to strengthen inclusion and equity and empower people at every level of the network, including governance, management, research, practice and policy.
