Emeritus Brigade
This initiative is bringing together a select group of Emeritus Deans, Chairs, Researchers, CEOs and Senior Leaders to provide "points of light" (guidance, support, mentorship, perspective and connections) for other participants in the RAPID Alliance at Intrinsica. They will also help raise funds to support initiative planning and implementation across the US.

The problem the Emeritus Brigade is addressing is the need for strategic support and guidance by researchers and leaders leading innovation projects in the RAPID Alliance and related Intrinsica communities There will be a Brigade of experienced leaders who can facilitate, advise, raise supplementary capital, and consult with project teams to achieve their goals.
Approach
To achieve these outcomes, this project will inform and support the actions of projects in the Rapid Alliance at Intrinsica. This project may be organized into multiple Transformation Action Groups (TAGs) around priority topics at the discretion of the Emeritus Brigade members and Rapid Alliance leadership.
Roadmap
The Emeritus Brigade is following a step by step process for adding value to the overall RAPID Alliance effort. We are beginning by co-creating strategic priorities where the Brigade can add the most value.
Desired Outcomes
The desired outcomes for this initiative are to fully utilize the experience and expertise of esteemed leaders in professions related to medication use to facilitate the work of each other initiative and component of this overarching study.
