Please encourage only quality work stressing to “always try your best”. I expect parents to help their children with homework, but please do not do it for them. At first homework may be more difficult, but it is a practicing and learning experience. The children will become more and more efficient and independent as the year progresses. Also, have children use only pencil for all homework, unless otherwise specified.
