The Starpoint Central School District is pleased to provide Speech-Language Therapy for students with significant communication disorders that impact academic performance in the classroom. Areas of speech and language development that could be addressed in therapy include: speech articulation, phonological awareness, vocabulary, grammar, sentence formulation, following directions, understanding language, listening comprehension, auditory memory, and critical thinking.
