Bitterroot Connect is a professional network founded by Adrianna Starck, born from a long-standing vision to foster greater connection, collaboration, and mutual support among mental health providers in the Bitterroot Valley. Since beginning her private practice in Hamilton, Adrianna has observed both the richness of the local mental health community and the isolation that can come with private practice. Bitterroot Connect was created to bridge those gaps—offering a space for providers to come together, share knowledge, and support one another in meaningful and practical ways.
The network has two primary goals:
To strengthen communication and collaboration among local providers by sharing specialties, referral needs, and clinical resources.
To offer relevant continuing education and professional development opportunities that reflect the unique needs of our rural mental health community.
Bitterroot Connect aims to bring together our “individual islands” of practice into a supportive, informed, and connected community of care.
If you're a mental health provider or community member interested in being part of this network, please reach out to Adrianna at adrianna@starckcounseling.com.
Members of Bitterroot Connect gather once a month to network, support each other, and share information about new practices, events, and changes in our area. This gathering is also used to support mental health providers with the individual strain of helping other people by teaching practices to build resilience and reduce the risk of secondary trauma. Bitterroot Connect meets on the third Friday of each month. If you would like to attend or if you have any questions, please email adrianna@starckcounseling.com for more information.
