I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a positive, process-oriented approach to therapy. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where growth and healing can take root. I believe deeply in the power of the therapeutic relationship to help individuals, couples, and families better understand their emotional processes, navigate mental health challenges, and heal from trauma.
My clinical work centers on attachment-based issues and interpersonal dynamics—how our relationships shape well-being, identity, and the capacity for change. I have extensive experience supporting clients of all ages with trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, and, for children and adolescents, behavioral challenges. In recent years, I have pursued advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based model that helps individuals and couples create lasting change in their relationships.
I also incorporate trauma-engaged expressive and experiential methods that support children, adults, and families in processing change, grief, and trauma in creative and embodied ways. I believe that healing happens in the context of trust and connection, and I am honored to walk alongside clients as they move toward wellness, resilience, and meaningful growth.
