📅 Registration Dates

• Opens: Wednesday, June 10, 2026

• Closes: Wednesday, July 1, 2026

💻 Registration Platform (LEAD)

Do I need a Parishsoft ID?

• No. This field is optional and can be left blank.

How do I add a New Participant?

• NEW FAMILIES look for the button that says “NEW PARTICIPANT”. Click that and a

new box will appear. Select “ADD PARTICIPANT”, select “NEW FAMILY MEMBER”

and enter your child’s name and click “NEXT”. After you type the name a drop down

will appear that says “NEW PROFILE FOR CHILD’s NAME” click that and then

“NEXT”. The rest is self explanatory.

• RETURNING FAMILIES your child’s name should already be displayed in the window

after you select “NEW PARTICIPANT.”

Please do not register yourself, the parent, for class.

What is the registration process?

• Sign in to LEAD or create an account if your new or visit the registration section of this page for details.

• When your registering please add all participants to the registration before paying. We use a tiered approach to our pricing and if your checking each child out individually you will not get the tiered pricing.

What happens if I add my participant to cart and it doesn't allow me to add another?

• Scroll up and you can add another participant.  You DO NOT need to check out each child.

What if I forget my username or password?

• Click here to watch this video. 

Can I register in person?

• No. Registration is online only via computer, phone, or tablet.
  If you need help, contact Danielle for assistance.

When will I be notified if my child is in their first choice selection?

• To ease your mind I will only notify you if you DO NOT get your first choice and that will be sometime in July.

💲 Tuition & Payment

Tuition is now embedded within the registration and is the final step in your registration process.

• Now available as part of the online registration—no separate form needed.

🧾 Documents & Enrollment

Is a Baptismal Certificate required?

• Only if your child was not baptized at St. Aloysius and is new to our program.

Is registration required for 8th grade if already enrolled last year?

• Yes. All students must be re-registered each year.

📆 Class Assignments & Schedule

When will I get my child’s class assignment?

• Emails will be sent out in early September. 

When do classes start and end for Pre-K to 6th?

• Start: tbd

• End: tbd

Can I change class times after registering?

• No

• Mid-year changes are also not permitted.

❓ Missed a Year or Need Help Catching Up?

• If your child missed a year, especially Grade 1, email Danielle to discuss options.
  Example: If your child is entering Grade 2 without attending Grade 1, register them for Grade 1 instead.

1 child – $375

2 children same family – $500

3 or more children same family – $625

Catechist Families: 90% reduced rate.
