SHS Band Boosters

Who are the SHS Band Boosters and what do they do?  The Stanwood Band Boosters provide moral, social, and additional financial support to the groups and ensembles of the SHS Band along with their directors and staff.  ALL parents, legal guardians, family members and community members who are fans of students involved in a band group or class at SHS are welcome and invited to join.

We serve as a strong body of support for the Band by our promotion, attendance, and fundraising for all band activities at Stanwood High School.

THE STANWOOD HIGH SCHOOL BAND BOOSTERS IS A PART OF THE STANWOOD AAAA BOOSTERS, A REGISTERED 501(c)(3) ORGANIZATION,  IN SUPPORT OF THE SHS BAND PROGRAM THROUGH VOLUNTEER EFFORTS AND FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS. 

WITH YOUR HELP, OUR FUNDRAISING WORK WILL:

• PROVIDE FOR THE PURCHASE AND MAINTENANCE OF INSTRUMENTS AND EQUIPMENT

• PROVIDE FUNDS TO ASSIST STUDENTS WITH THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH TRAVEL TO VARIOUS PERFORMANCES, CONCERTS AND TOURS

• PROVIDE FUNDS FOR  THE SHARED COSTS OF UNIFORMS

• PROVIDE FUNDING FOR GUEST CLINICIANS & ACCOMPANISTS

• PROVIDE GRANTS TO RETURNING STUDENTS PURSUING PRIVATE LESSONS OR SUMMER MUSIC CAMPS
