Concert Tour & Pilgrimage

Under the direction of Brother Joshua DiMauro, O.S.F., Concert Tour Moderator,  the Saint Anthony’s High School Chorus has traveled on European Concert Tours since 1996. 

Sophomore, Junior and Senior students of the Chorus have the incredible opportunity to travel on these exciting journeys. The Chorus has sung Masses and Concerts in: Madrid, Seville, Toledo, Segovia, Lisbon, Fatima, Palermo, Catania, Naples, Padua, Venice, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Terni, Stroncone and Rome where they have performed before Pope John Paul II and Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI. Students learn and perform a varied repertoire of music to prepare for this once in a life time trip. 

During our most recent pilgrimage in February 2025, we travelled to Sicily, Southern Italy & Rome. In February 2023, members of our chorus travelled to Central and Northern Italy where they had the graced opportunity to perform for His Holiness Pope Francis during his papal audience. Students who have journeyed on these Concert Tours always describe their experiences as life changing. The biennial pilgrimage has become one of many sources of pride at Saint Anthony’s High School, and has made an indelible impact on the hundreds of students who have made this particular facet of our program part of their high school experience.
