MV285 Request

Please note that as of February 2026 - DMV physical certificates for students that have passed this course have transitioned to online account status updates.  Students that have passed the course will log into the DMV website via their Permit ID number and will be able to schedule their road test online. Physical paper certificates are no longer provided or required.
