Club de San Santiago: This fun club will learn about the heritage and culture as well as the Spanish language. Students will assist in the Halloween/Dia de los Muertos, Our Lady of Guadalupe, Easter, and many other school events.
St. Cecilia Singers: This club will be learning and practicing all the songs for our weekend school Masses in addition to performing at various events in the community including retirement homes, CRM Christmas, and Mercy Hospital. OPEN to 3rd through 6th grade. Others may be added by approval with Mrs. Lance.
Maple Leaf Parade: St. Ann's Catholic School will have a float for the annual Maple Leaf Parade in Carthage. The Parade is third Saturday of October.

The Way of the Cross: Students will lead the Stations of the Cross that will be seen during a Friday Night of Lent.
St. Francis Pet Blessing: All families of St. Ann's are encouraged and welcome to bring their beloved pets to St. Ann's Church at 2:45 p.m. on October 4 or school date closest to St. Francis Feast Day.
Veteran's Day Breakfast: We celebrate and salute our Veterans and welcome them to our school each November 11th for breakfast and songs. Please reach out to our school for reservations.
Maple Leaf Spirit Week: The whole year of Carthage revolves around Maple Leaf Festival Time. At St. Ann's, we celebrate this deep community celebration by a dress up week! We have lots of fun with crazy hair, decades day, and so much more!
Pumpkin Patch/Corn Maze: Each year, we take a day off to celebrate the fall. Students bring a lunch, and we spend the day in the cool fall air and enjoy some time together. This will be in October.
Steadly Legacy Center: Our students will walk to the Carthage Public Library and learn about many science and technology topics at the Maker Space Center located in the Steadly Legacy Building.
All Saints Day/Dia de los Muertos: Our annual celebration of All Hallow's Eve, All Saint's Day, and Day of the Dead. Our Home and School parents always do an outstanding job putting together games and activities for our students. Students may dress up in costumes, but costumes must be positive Saintly in nature.
St. Nicholas Store: Each year, our parents put together a store for our students to shop for Christmas. Prices are minimal, and we're always looking for donations for the kids to purchase items for their family members.
Catholic Schools Week: This week is to celebrate the core of our belief...Catholic Education. We start the week off the last week of January with 8:30 a.m. Mass where our students will participate in all Liturgical jobs. After Mass, we will host a breakfast in the St. Ann's cafeteria. This is a great time to bring your friends to see our school. We will also celebrate Mass with Bishop Rice at St. Mary's in Joplin, host a baby shower for Life Choices, have dress up days, and fun activities every day!
