To ensure you arrive in South Africa with enough time to settle in before the program begins, please follow the guidelines below for booking your flights.
Arrival Date: Monday, June 16, 2025
Please book your flight to Cape Town International Airport (CPT) from your preferred departure city.
You are responsible for your own ground transportation to your accommodation upon arrival.

All transportation between cities and program locations within South Africa is fully organized and covered by the program fee. This includes travel from Cape Town to Johannesburg, and then on to Kruger National Park, any day trips or excursions during the trip, and final transport back to Johannesburg for your final departure. You won't need to worry about booking or paying for any internal flights or transfers.

Return Flight: Book your return flight from O.R. Tambo International Airport (JNB) in Johannesburg to the USA or your next destination.
The program officially concludes in the early afternoon on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, so please book your departure flight for the evening to allow ample time for travel from Kruger National Park back to the Johannesburg airport.
