Welcome!

I am a 5th year astrophysics PhD candidate at Stanford University. My main research lies in studying the magnetic field structure in Pulsar Wind Nebulae (PWNe) with X-ray polarization using the NASA-ASI joint mission telescope, the Imaging X-ray Polarimetry Explorer (IXPE)

I am also interested in X-ray binaries (XRBs), especially black hole XRBs, after a nine-month SAO Pre-Doctoral Fellowship at the Center for Astrophysics | Harvard & Smithsonian in 2024, where I applied spin measurement and timing techniques to study the beautifully rich and complex XRB, Cygnus X-3.

I attended Harvey Mudd College (B.S. in General Engineering, with specialization in Electrical) and worked for two years at Northrop Grumman as a digital electronics engineer for ground communications before graduate school.

In my free time, I like to run, swim, and hike. I am passionate about science outreach and inspiring the next generation of scientists and engineers.
