This course is open to all undergraduate and graduate students from all schools including humanities and sciences, law, medicine, and education. The main prerequisite is an interest in design, innovation, and capital formation.
Students who wish to enroll in ENGR 306 in the Spring will need to complete an application and several onboarding tasks (watching a video, participating in an interview, and reviewing the Enneagram types).
After you complete these activities, a permission code will be sent to you so that you can register for the class.
Please note that all students need to enroll in both the Wednesday lectures and Friday studios. Attendance on the first day of class (April 1) is required.
We offer the unit range primarily for students who may have unit limitations, typically grad students. Whether you are interested in building out an idea that you want to explore as an entrepreneur or developing a coaching philosophy that is more similar to a venture capitalist, everyone will be expected to attend weekly lectures and studios and complete all assignments. As a result, you are welcome to sign up for 2-3 units as permitted by your schedule.
Please email Dr. Helen L. Chen with any questions.
