At the Hotel
Check-in time at the Villa Cordevigo Wine Relais is 3:00 p.m. Luggage can be left with the bell captain if you arrive before your room is ready. Our first group activity will be a reception and dinner on Saturday, September 14, starting at 6:30 p.m. in the terrace bar of the hotel.
As a reminder, if you are arriving early and opted to book any extra nights directly with the hotel, you may need to change rooms when the main program, starts since hotels cannot always link individual hotel reservations with group reservations. We have relayed individual reservation information to the hotel, so hopefully it won’t be an issue, but room assignments are ultimately decided by the hotel.
