Key Milestones of the Search process

1. Establish a Community of Faith Profile - for reference by candidates looking to serve as our minister

2. Approval of the Profile by Regional Council

3. Approval of the Profile by St. Andrew's congregation

4. Formal search and interview process to determine a short-list of prospective candidates

5. Selection of candidate for presentation to the congregation
