Key Milestones of the Search process

1. Establish a Community of Faith Profile - for reference by candidates looking to serve as our minister (currently under way - March 13th)

2. Review of the Profile by Regional Council

3. Approval of the Profile by St. Andrew's congregation

4. Formal search and interview process to determine a short-list of prospective candidates

5. Selection of candidate for presentation to the congregation
