This winter, Please Share Your Warmth
Our Blessing Bag initiative urgently needs your clean gently-used winter clothing (coats, toques, scarves, gloves and mittens) and blankets. Personal hygiene products such as toothpaste, bar soap, feminine pads and deodorant are also needed.
You can drop these items off at St. Andrew's United Church - Cumberland at 2557 Old Montreal Road any Thursday or Friday morning or call Roy at (613) 790-1885 for pickup.

A Blessing Bag is one way we can help those in need.
General Essentials (in a ZipLoc bag include):
Travel toothbrush
Mini toothpaste
Small soaps
Mini shampoos
Deodorant
First aid kits (or separately - bandaids, gauze, antiseptic creams)
Chapsticks
Advil blister packs (1 or 2 in each bag, not a lot)
Gift cards for groceries, Dollarama, etc.
Water bottles - refillable
Candy (for the sugar content)
Granola bars
String cheese - shelf stable, and sausage sticks, or beef jerky
Socks, toques, and gloves (seasonally dependent)
Optional/Good to have:
Wet wipes (mini)
Hand sanitizers (mini)
Small packages of nuts and/or dried fruits
Backpacks
Women's Bags could include:
Ultra thin maxi pads
Tampons
Women's underwear
Men's Bags could include:
Men's underwear
On Distribution Day:
Sandwiches
Oranges or clementines (for the vitamin C content)
