Before you begin the adoption process, facilitators can use this document to plan for the tasks, timelines, and needs of this adoption. These resources and materials are all here for you to use and remember that all timelines are subject to change depending the needs of your teachers, district, and committee.
Use these documents and activities to set the rules of conduct for your committee. The group should work through the documents and make edits as they see fit. Once these edits are made discuss as a group and come to a decision about the final draft of each of the documents. Once this is done then you can make final draft copies to share with the entire committee. Once this is done and the group agrees to these rules then they will be used at every meeting moving forward.
