This presentation will walk you through some explanations for the State and Federal laws that are governing how data is collected and how we can protect ourselves as well as our students. At it's heart is understanding those procedures that are in place at the district level to keep us safe. If you don't know then this might give you some information to have those conversations with those that are making those decisions. 

Search this site for information about the applications and tools that you use with your students. Make sure that they are considered safe and secure as well as finding out if they have an Exhibit E with another district. You can also search for other districts to see what tools that they are using and if they have a public approved list.
