Schedule Messages (and stick to the schedule): Are parents surprised by an event? Can you develop a schedule that will help parents, students, and teachers?
Work with Site/District: Does the office/principal send messages willy nilly? How about the district? Will those messages conflict with your communication?
File Types: Will a parent be able to view an attached pdf? Is the content in the pdf valuable?
