Major William Weber is the Westhill Army JROTC SAI (Senior Army Instructor). Born in Ohio, Major Weber enlisted into the Army as a young adult. He served in the U.S. Army as a Pilot, Artillery-men, and was a Law Enforcement officer. Since his retirement he has worked as the SAI for 27 years here at WHS.

Command Sergeant Major (CSM) Arlindo Almeida, a native of Portugal, enlisted into the U.S. Army in 1978. During his years of service, CSM Almeida has served in a variety of professionally rewarding and developmental positions across the Army in the operating and generating force. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Homeland Security.
