Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up. - Pablo Picasso.
At Stamford High School, the Visual and Performing Arts Department offers a creative journey that nurtures both artistic expression and critical thinking. Our mission is to empower students with the skills and knowledge necessary for their artistic growth and future endeavors. We support each student’s unique path, providing tools and guidance to help them thrive in their creative pursuits and inspire a lifelong love for the arts.
