Personalized PD meets all educators where they are and seeks to help each individual move forward at their own pace and toward self-determined goals. *Synchronous PD

Synchronous e-learning involves online studies through chat and videoconferencing. It is like a virtual classroom that allows you to ask questions and receive real-time feedback. These PD session can happen individually or in a group format.

*Asynchronous PD

On the other hand, Asynchronous learning can be carried out when you have the time. Asynchronous PD involves content delivered via web, email and Google Classroom. In such cases, participants ideally complete the PD at their own pace.
