About the Teacher

My name is Carrie Hughes and I am so excited to start this learning adventure with your children!  I look forward to watching them learn, grow, and have a fantastic year!  I had the privilege of becoming part of STA in 2011 while working alongside of the wonderful Ms. Gray and Mrs. Hickey.  I received my Bachelor's of Science in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University.  I am excited to continue at STA as one of the kindergarten teachers.  Together with a team of amazing and creative educators, I am committed to providing your family with a loving and developmentally sound foundation for a lifetime of learning.
