Beginning Chorus is a year-long course that will meet every other day. Students will learn to read music and sing in multiple parts in a team environment. No prior experience is necessary - we all start from scratch! Students will take part in several performances throughout the year, which may take place outside of school hours. There will be a nominal fee for a chorus uniform (concert attire); financial assistance is available to anybody that needs it. We would love to see you in chorus next year!

Music learned will cover a vast variety of repertoire, including, but not limited to: choral classics, musicals, and pop music, as well as a variety of difficulties. Music will range from unison (one part) up to 4-parts in some cases. Also, music may be accompanied by instrumentalists (i.e. piano, djembe, etc.) or a capella.
