Calculators on the ACT and ACTAspire

Calculators are a very important tool on the ACT and ACTAspire. For the purpose of the ACTAspire, simple calculators are fine. In Algebra 2 students will learn how to use the TI-84's for special operations that may appear on the ACT which is taken in their junior year.

If you are interested in purchasing a calculator for your student, or already have, please check the ACT Calculator policy listed below to make sure the calculator is ACT approved.

Algebra 2 students will have a TI-84 assigned to them to use during class. Students who are not in Algebra 2 may borrow a TI-84 from Mrs. Kelley on the day of the ACTAspire and ACT.
