Important Senior Dates

Senior Exploration Day – Wednesday, October 8 (PSAT Day)

On Wednesday, October 8, Lawrence Central will administer the PSAT to all 10th- and 11th-grade students. On this date, 12th-grade students will participate in Senior Exploration Day. Seniors will be off campus the entire day, completing their chosen activity.

Activity Options for Seniors:

• College Campus Visit – Student and family arrange a campus visit, admissions meeting, tour, etc.

• Job Shadow Experience – Student and family arrange a shadowing experience with a professional in a career of interest.

• Community Service Project – Student and family arrange to participate in a community service project.

• School Day SAT – Students who registered and paid for the Oct. 8 SAT will test on campus, then leave once the exam concludes.

For attendance purposes, all seniors must complete the Senior Exploration Day Form to indicate their activity and provide documentation of participation.
