Cap & Gown Orders

HERFF JONES IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Cap & Gown order forms are due on November 6th between 10:30am and 2:30pm at Lawrence Central HIgh School.  

Pick up order forms in room B308.  A parent square with the order form was also sent to senior students and families. 

***Order form Due Date***   Cap and Gown, graduation regalia, senior gear, graduation jewelry by Kendra Scott, and graduation announcement order forms are due Thursday November 6th.  Herff Jones will be available at Lawrence Central High School near Door 1 at the Bookstore between 10:30am and 2:30pm to assist with reviewing order forms for accuracy, accept payment, and to answer any questions that you may have.  A minimum deposit of $60 is due on this date when submitting your order forms.  You are also able to pay in full at this time if you choose to do so.  When submitting order forms students will be able to receive specific LC apparel & regalia that was ordered on the spot, as supplies last.  Any items that are out of stock on Thursday November 6th will be mailed to the mailing address provided on your order form within the week.

Cap and Gown fitting – Students were provided guidelines for sizing when ordering cap and gowns during the meeting today.  Please take into consideration changes in hair styles that may impact your cap fitting on your head on graduation day.  Please take into consideration any footwear that may impact your height when measuring for gown length. 

Spelling and Capitalization Accuracy on Order Forms – Please make sure to spell everything EXACTLY as you would like it to appear on your announcements, thank you cards, etc.  Pay close attention to any capitalizations (e.g. McCormick) that you would like to display correctly, special characters (hyphens, apostrophes, spaces), or any other unique spelling conventions that you would like to see on your student’s name or in your home address.  Herff Jones will print it exactly as you put it in the order form.  Please double and triple check prior to submission on November 6th.
