STAAR EOCs

Summer STAAR EOC testing information:

• Summer EOC testing will be administered at Lewisville High School – main campus at 1098 W. Main St., Lewisville, TX 75067.  

• Testing window is June 16-18. 

  • English 1: June 16

  • Biology and English 2: June 17

  • Algebra 1 and US History: June 18

• You will be notified by May 26, 2026 via your school email, if you will need to report for summer testing. You must register using the link provided in the email notification if you intend to test this summer. 

• Please direct any summer tutoring questions to the appropriate high school campus.

• Please direct any summer testing questions to the Assessment department @ 972-350-0960.

2026 SPRING STAAR & End-of-Course (EOC) Paper by Request (HB 1225)

Paper requests for STAAR exam is closed.

If a student receives Special Education or 504 services and is requesting a paper test, please contact the appropriate campus ARD or 504 committee.  There is a different process and form for those requests.  

House Bill 1225 provides a new optional process for school districts to provide a paper administration of a STAAR assessment to any student whose parent, guardian, or teacher requests a paper version.  A request for a paper administration of spring STAAR High School EOCs and spring STAAR grades 3-8 must be submitted by 4 p.m. on December 1st and will be considered on a first come, first serve basis. The number of students who are provided a Paper by Request administration of STAAR may not exceed 3% of the number of eligible students testing. Applicants will be notified of status by 4 p.m. on December 12, 2025.

Si un estudiante recibe servicios de Educación Especial o 504 y está solicitando una prueba en papel, comuníquese con el comité ARD o 504 del campus correspondiente. Existe un proceso y formulario diferente para esas solicitudes.

El Proyecto de Ley 1225 ofrece un nuevo proceso opcional para que los distritos escolares proporcionen una administración en papel de una evaluación STAAR a cualquier estudiante cuyo padre, tutor o profesor solicite una versión en papel. La solicitud para la administración en papel de los STAAR de primavera para secundaria y los STAAR para los grados 3-8 debe presentarse antes de las 4p.m. del 1 de diciembre  y será considerada por orden de llegada. El número de estudiantes que pueden recibir una administración de STAAR en papel por solicitud no debe exceder el 3% del total de estudiantes elegibles para la prueba. Los solicitantes serán notificados sobre el estado de su solicitud antes de las 4 p.m. del 12 de diciembre de 2025.

TO ACCESS STAAR RESULTS:

To access your results, you will need to log into the Texas Assessment Management System with a unique access code and your date of birth at http://www.texasassessment.com/students. If you do not know your access code, you may locate it in your Skyward Family Access account by following the steps below:

1. Log into the web version of Skyward Family Access, https://skyward-lisdprod.iscorp.com/scripts/wsisa.dll/WService=wsedulewisvilletx/fwemnu01.w 

2. Select the Educational Milestone Option on the left. Copy your Access code.

3. Visit http://www.texasassessment.com/students, enter your Access code and birthdate to view previous STAAR results.
