In this class you will learn engineering skills and processes that will assist you in creating a functional competition robot.
You will be challenged with designing an FTC class robot for a specific function using the First Tech Challenge platform.
Hands-on work is required to fabricate and assemble parts utilizing various materials and supplies.
Finally, you will program the robot to perform specific tasks by coding to the robot using the Java language. Diagnostic testing is a continuous process to improve performance, modify structure, design and programming.
At the end of the semester, we will have performance competitions with prizes.
