Are you done with your chapter book? Click on the big red book below to go to the Book Summary Form. This is how you get credit for reading your book. Mrs. Rutan will let your scratch off a dot on your bookmark if it is obvious to her from your report that you read the book and the report is complete with CAPITAL LETTERS AND END MARKS. Bookmarks will be kept In the library until all scratchoff spots are used. You will get to do the scratchoffs when your class visits the library.
Prizes will include: free ice cream at lunch, prizes from Gringott's Wizarding Bank, free books, candy, snacks, first checkout of new books and MORE!
Regular fiction chapter books earn you one scratch off. You can complete summaries for chapter-length nonfiction books too! Just ask Mrs. Rutan or your teacher to approve your choice.
Picture books and graphic novels WILL NOT COUNT unless they are Bluebonnet books on THIS YEAR'S LIST.
