Description of job shadowing: DynaGrid Construction is "Building an energized future" It's an exciting time to work in our industry! We build sites and foundations for all things energy: solar farms, wind farms, electrical substations, and transmission lines. Come see how it all fits together: from reading plans and interpreting soil reports, estimating costs, creating safety plans, selecting and preparing heavy equipment to be deployed, scheduling and coordinating work crews, to managing and problem solving all aspects of a project. We'd love to show you around!
