Below is where you will make your choices for Academic and Elective Classes. You must fill out the Google  form below. 

*Students enrolling after February 19th- courses will be input into Skyward by the counselors.

We suggest that the form is filled out only after consultation and after all questions are answered. THERE IS NO ADVANTAGE TO FILLING OUT THIS FORM OUT EARLY- DUE FEBRUARY 19th. If you fill out this form and there is a mistake entered, fill the form out again. The last entry will be the one that is saved.
