STEP 5: CLEAR HOLDS IN COLLIN COLLEGE WEB ACCOUNT (COUGARWEB)
Texas Success Initiative (TSI) Important Updates
TSI is not required for initial enrollment for students with less than 15 college credit hours. However the TSI offers valuable insight into academic readiness and college-level preparedness.
Once a student earns 15 college credit hours, the student is considered “degree-seeking” and therefore might be required to take the TSI, particularly for math and science (math TSI).

STEP 7: PAY FOR DUAL CREDIT COURSES EACH SEMESTER THROUGH COLLIN COLLEGE WEB ACCOUNT
Once all holds are removed and TSI readiness is met, the College & Career Counselor at HHS will register qualifying students for Summer and/or Fall 2026 courses. Please note that payments are made every semester based on the courses students are registered for.
The Summer 2026 & Fall 2026 semester payment deadline for HHS is April 29th before 5:00 pm.
