Course overview: Reporters, photographers and editors work together to cover the student body, staff and community surrounding Hebron High School. This is done primarily through maintaining and regularly updating www.hebronhawkeye.com with news, feature, opinion stories and more throughout the year. Students develop, pitch and execute (conduct interviews, write, edit, take photos) their own stories, and generally work in three-week cycles. In each cycle, reporters usually write a total of three stories and take their own photos. The staff also produces a print edition of the paper four times per school year.
