The PTP Board is excited to welcome new and returning PTP members for the 2024-2025 school year.
We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available to support the staff and students at PCHS: Teacher Appreciation donations, onsite staff and student events, committee participation, and more. Committees include PCHS Bazaar Bake Sale, AfterProm, Membership, Volunteers, Teacher Grants, Fundraising, Social Media, and community chair committees (listed below).

Description: The purpose of this group is to increase communication and collaboration between school and community by providing input on a variety of school decisions, both curricular ang logistical, while creating additional advocacy for Pine Creek High School.

Description: As representatives from each school’s PTO, Parent Sounding Board members act as a communication resource with the superintendent and board of education, bringing forward ideas, concerns, and issues from the school communities. The goal of the committee is to provide a forum for parents to communicate directly with the superintendent and Board of Education Liaison. Members also are the communication link back to parents from the board and superintendent regarding district issues, policies, news, plans, legislation, etc.

Description: The Pine Creek Parent-Teacher Partnership receives members on a rolling basis throughout the school year. The volunteer for this position would be responsible for bolstering membership and being the point of contact for new members and returning members.

Description: The volunteer coordinator is responsible for all aspects with regard to volunteers to include determining and promoting opportunities as well as ensuring that enough volunteers are available to fulfill activities sponsored by the PTP.

Description: Fundraising is the backbone of what we do! We're looking for members of the team to manage PTP fundraising opportunities. Make this position your own by bringing new fundraising opportunities to the table. Manage dining nights, Webstore, and other fundraising events, or find volunteers to help. You are in charge!

Description: Volunteers for this position will plan a variety of ways to show appreciation to the Pine Creek Staff throughout the school year and be the lead for Staff Appreciation Week that typically takes place in early May.

Description: Each year the Parent-Teacher Partnership provides Pine Creek teachers with the opportunity to receive a grant to purchase items that would help extend learning in their classroom. The volunteer for this position would coordinate the annual grant request process.

Description: The bake sale traditionally is our largest fundraiser for PTP. This coordinator is in charge of all PTP items related to the annual November Craft Bazaar Bake Sale.

Description: Volunteers are delivering a fun, safe destination where students can create more fun memories when Prom is over but the party must go on! Help organize, fundraise, or help at the event.
AfterProm will be held on Sunday May 4, 2025 from Midnight to 3am.
