Congratulations! As management at Stacked Pancake House, we like to offer you Employee Health Benefits. Note, Managers are covered at 100% for the Bronze package, Assistants are covered at 50% for the Bronze package. If you’d like to upgrade to the Gold package, you must pay the difference personally. 

Kindly take a look at the different packages available, please choose between Bronze or Gold, and then choose between the SINGLE’s package or FAMILY package.
