Alexander - For working so hard on your character and setting tasks from Jack and the Beanstalk.

Milanpreet - For your contribution in maths and estimating this week. You always put your hand up and answer fully using the stem sentences.

Nithila - For his excellent attitude towards his learning from the moment he came through the door at the start of the week!


Sophia - For a positive attitude towards her learning this week. She focused really well in class and attempted lots of questions in front of the class.

YEAR ONE - EAGLE

James - For his excellent knowledge of place value and how to write numbers in words. He is always keen for a challenge!


Ethan - For his great return to school after the holidays and especially for his excellent recording skills in Science.

YEAR TWO - WOODPECKER

Eve - I am always so impressed by Eve’s super behaviour in class and by the effort she puts into all her learning. Eve worked particularly hard in finding thirds in Maths this week. Well done!


Owen - For his brilliant effort in all his learning in the first week back. Owen has particularly impressed me this week with his understanding of materials and their properties in Science. Well done!

YEAR TWO - MAGPIE

Louis - For his fantastic work in Maths this week! He challenged himself to prove his fractions on a bar model and did some super explaining - well done!


Sakura - For making such a big improvement to her handwriting! All her letters are sitting on the line neatly and she is beginning to join them beautifully - well done!

Charlie - For coming back ‘on fire’ and contributing actively in class and being thoroughly engaged.


Shan-Wei - It’s as if you have never been away! You have come back fired up and thoroughly engaged with your learning.

George - For working so hard on his handwriting. It has made such a difference to your writing George and your work has been presented really carefully. Well done!


Polly - For fantastic work in science and using incredible descriptive language to describe the process of fossilisation. Well done Polly!

Will S - I am blown away by your wonderful work in English this week. Your use of dialect to authenticate the voice of Jim Jarvis is spot on. The retelling of events is both engaging and entertaining.
