WELCOME TO THE TEAM

LEONIE HAYNES

I am delighted to be joining Miss Taylor in 5T, teaching part-time, Wednesday to Friday. I will be teaching lessons across the curriculum and supporting the whole year group during this period of online learning. I have taught internationally, spending a few years teaching in an international school in Shanghai, as well as in numerous schools across London. I live locally, with my three year old son Elias, attending a local Montessori during my working days. We are a household of rugby enthusiasts who enjoy taking advantage of the many green areas local to us. I look forward to meeting you all in person.

TANYA BLOMLEY

My name is Mrs Blomley. Since joining in December the pupils and staff have made me feel so welcome. I moved to London thirteen years ago from Northern Ireland, after completing my Fashion Degree. I went on to do my teacher training at St Mary's University in Twickenham and have been teaching for more than eight years. I thoroughly enjoy motivating pupils through creativity and drama.

I've lived in Twickenham for eleven years and, in my spare time, I love to go for walks along the river with my two daughters, four year old Roselyn and two year old Eleanor, hunting for the Gruffalo. Did you know? I completed my first charity marathon in 2019, walking around London at night time!

LAUREN AUSTIN

We're delighted to welcome Lauren back to St Stephen's.

An ex-pupil, she joins Dove Class as a Teaching Assistant after completing her 'A' levels in Art, History and Psychology at Orleans Park School.

She is currently taking a gap year before beginning her Psychology Degree at King’s College, London in September.
