It is puppet making time in Year One. The process started with an examination of all types of puppet, then a planning and designing lesson, followed by a sewing session. Finally, the young puppeteers got down to making their felted hand puppet. They had to thread their needles and execute a neat running stitch. They did spectacularly well with their sewing last week. Next week we will bring you the finished and decorated puppets. It will be worth the wait, we promise.
