Class assemblies are a wonderful way for our children to showcase their learning. Last week Year Three's Mandela class played to a packed audience of parents, carers and siblings. An amazing whistlestop tour of recent learning was performed so beautifully - among the subjects covered were the children's RE learning on Judaism, forces in Science, the Stone Age in History and all about getting nutrients in PHSE. Thank you so much to Mrs Chahil, Mrs Blomley and all the Year Three team for helping the young thespians turn in a word perfect performance.

ALL ABOUT RAMADAN WITH HEIDI'S MUM - REPORT BY MRS EASTON
We were delighted to welcome Heidi's mum came into Curie Class on Monday to talk to the children about Ramadan. What it is and why Muslim's fast for this period. The class learnt that it is a time to reflect and recognise how fortunate we all are and to appreciate and be thankful what we have. Thank you so much to Heidi's Mum. The children really enjoyed the talk and learning all about Ramadan.
Our wonderful parent volunteers keep our staff and our library volunteers are on hand to help.
All children can take out a fresh book each week, if they return the previous week's tome. If you have some of our library books languishing at home please send them in, so your child can check out a new choice.
