First Holy Communion - In preparation for our First Holy Communion, we have been role playing different parts of the mass and what each part means. 

Maths - We have been learning about measurement and perimeter in our mathematics lessons. 

Science - In science, year 3 has been learning about light and shadows. They had explored in class how to make their own puppets as well as making a puppet show to share with the class. They all noticed that light is reflected from surfaces.They all enjoyed this lesson.

Swimming was definitely a highlight of the week! We enjoyed practising new and old swimming skills and it was so much fun! 

Maths - year 4 have been learning about improper fractions and mixed numbers. They have enjoyed exploring the concepts of part and whole using rainbow tiles.

TT Rockstar day - year 4 enjoyed creating a maths song/rap to help younger children learn their times tables. Here is a video of a 2 times table song they created!

French Trip - year 4 had so much fun on their French trip. They enjoyed visiting the aquarium, exploring the town of Bologne-sur-mer, visiting the beach and practising their French speaking skills at the French market!
