XtraMath sessions are less than 10 minutes and are ideally intended to be done once a day. A typical session consists of a few quizzes and practice activities, each lasting about two minutes. When a student first begins, if often takes a few sessions to complete the initial placement. The quizzes measure your student’s fluency and determine their score, but the practices are where they improve — so don’t skip practice! You can view progress in the student report, which is visible as soon as you sign into your account. If you choose to, you can also receive a PDF version of this report once a week. The report includes the trophies and certificates they’ve earned as well as their daily progress.
