All employees are required to re-enroll. Please review the following information at your earliest convenience and enroll before August 15th.
TML Health will no longer be our pool as rates will have increased to 32% this year. To avoid that, Blue Cross Blue Shield will now be the direct provider allowing for a 6.6% increase instead.
Dental Coverage is changing to Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Vision Coverage is changing to Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Short Term Disability (STD) is changing to VOYA
SST will be providing paid short-term disability at no cost to all employees. The new benefit will allow for the transition of our current maternity leave policy to a short-term disability (STD) policy for all staff members. This change means that maternity leave will no longer be offered as a separate benefit, but rather included under the broader short-term disability coverage.
The new STD policy provides comprehensive support for all employees who are unable to work due to a medical condition, including childbirth and related recovery. The details of the STD policy are as follows in the below chart.
Additional Voluntary Supplemental Benefits:
We also want to reassure you that supplemental benefits still exist and are available for election. The primary change to our benefits offering is that long-term disability (LTD) is now available at a lower cost with a better plan design. This enhancement aims to provide more value and improved coverage for our employees.
