When leaders begin to think about their role in moving their district or building through the stages of implementation, they are faced with many challenges. Some of those challenges are adaptive in nature and some are more technical.
This biggest problem many leaders encounter is trying to take an adaptive approach to solving a technical problem. Sometimes it is the opposite.

The ideas in this resources helped to inform some of the considerations that were included in the guides and tables on this site.
Each of these driver guides was designed to support educational leaders through the implementation of Universal Design for Learning for each Implementation Driver and for each Implementation Stage. Each guide includes both Technical and Adaptive Considerations as well.
