• Religion Final- on Wednesday, May 22nd

• ELA Final- on Thursday, May 23rd

• Sight Words- Unit 6 on Tuesday, May 28th

• Math Final- on Wednesday, May 29th

• Reading Benchmark-Unit 6 on Thurs.-Fri., May 30th-31st

Things to Know:

• The children will need a rosary at school for the month of May.

• Please sign and return the Communication Log every day.

• Study for Math Facts Monday! We're on Week 6,100 subtraction problems (0-18) for 5 minutes.  I'm going to send home their scores from the last six weeks, so you can see if or what your child need to practice this summer.

• All library books need to be returned on Tuesday.  

• There will be no CARES on Friday, May 24th (noon dismissal) or the last week of school June 3rd-7th.

Field Day

Field Day is on Friday, May 24th.  The children can wear the color of their team or their gym uniform.  If they are bringing a water bottle with them, please make sure it has your child's name on it.

Homework

The children will be copying down their homework to get ready for 2nd grade.  They'll have a Homework Book to write down each night's homework and take home with them at night.  I'll still send home a paper with announcements.  If you have any issues with homework, you can always find it on my Google Site.

Monday- Music from 10:15-11:00

Tuesday- Library from 10:00-10:30

Wednesday- Gym from 1:00-1:45

Thursday- Art from 9:15-10:00

Friday- Computers from 1:00-1:45
